EnerKey´s built-in intelligence feature, Ines, automatically finds energy and emissions saving potentials from property consumption data.
EnerKey is introducing an intelligent, virtual energy and sustainability manager who can tirelessly unearth potential savings from consumption data with the help of artificial intelligence. Ines or INtelligence for Energy and Sustainability management is an intelligence built into EnerKey that automatically finds energy saving potentials in properties.
In the first phase, Ines analyzes properties based on hourly consumption profiles and detects the properties where the ventilation time programs are not optimized or in use. Ines also automatically calculates the savings potential if the time programs were in order. In the future, Ines will develop, expanding its area of operation while automatically finding new, different energy and emission-saving potentials.

ET-Curve
Ines brings you a new intelligent tool, the ET-Curve (Energy Temperature Curve), which gives you even more intelligent insights and data on the energy consumption of your property.
You can compare how the energy consumption of different properties changes with the outside temperature from a monthly level up to an hourly level. This will allow you to see what the heating limit of your property is and how much heating power is required at the coldest outside temperatures in the winter.
An analysis of other types of consumption is also possible: for example, you can see how much electricity consumption rises in the summer when cooling bites a larger share of a property’s energy consumption. With the aggregated data you can also see at what temperature the cooling system starts up. The analysis is based on either actual measured energy consumption or any specific consumption (e.g. the area or volume of the property).
- Energy consumption data compared to the outdoor temperature
- Advanced regression analyzes of consumption data
Success means the feeling that you have done your best to make the greatest impact on this planet.
