As a Customer Growth Manager, you will drive sales and growth within our existing customer base, mainly for Finnish customers. You will lead our customer processes in a systematic EnerKey way, driven by understanding customers’ current and future needs – even before them. You will leverage EnerKey´s strong approach for digital & social selling and you understand how to create and drive momentum in a digitalised business environment.

What we expect from you in order to succeed:
You have an entrepreneurial, result-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in an international working environment. You think and act with curiosity, creativity and a growth mindset. You are driven by creating value to our customers.
You share our company’s core values and see sustainability as a leading value in everything you do. You want to help our customers to make a true impact and solve global environmental problems including climate change.
You have at least over 2-3 years of working experience, with proven track record in B2B sales, in one or more of the following industries: Energy ICT business, Energy & Utility business, Facility Management business, Utility SaaS or SaaS Sales. You need to have basic competences on sustainability and/or energy management .
You are located in Finland and working with colleagues located mainly in Jyväskylä and Helsinki regions, where our offices are. At EnerKey, however, we create results anywhere.
